Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is directly responsible for driving sales opportunities and improving sales performance of Readyworks’ (RW) business lines in end markets. This high impact growth role provides a comprehensive eye toward driving accelerated sales growth, both directly and through collaboration with internal team members.

The SDR researches and creates targeted plans to engage potential clients; explores and tests new lead generation methods; contacts and qualifies potentially interested parties as sales prospects; and facilitates and improves upon our Sales Growth organization. The SDR is also responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting and passing early-stage opportunities for sales team pursuit.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and qualifying business prospects. Using your unique personality and grit, you will target and qualify leads to increase the pipeline of potential customers. By enhancing the effectiveness and reach of Readyworks’ growth strategies, you will meaningfully expound upon Readyworks’ potential to effectively serve clients and improve healthcare.

Summary of essential job functions

Successfully convert prospecting activity into qualified booked demos for Account Executives.
Maintain a high number of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches each day (minimum 60-75 outbound communications per day with 30 being by phone)
Generate, qualify, and drive new leads and opportunities for complex enterprise deals.
Build trusted relationships with prospective customers
Uncover, qualify, nurture the sales pipeline using both inbound inquiries from marketing and outbound ABM tactics.
Work with Marketing sales and respective stake holders on prospect outreach.
Proactive prospecting activity: research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and obtain business requirements.
Work closely with AEs (Account Executives) to ensure prospect pipeline progresses.
Continuously pursue knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred (English, Journalism, or Communication is preferred)
1 years of comparable experience minimum, 2-3 years preferred.
Previous success in healthcare, sales, or professional role with strong people skills
Previous experience with Hubspot or similar CRM solution
