Readyworks is a tech start-up that is growing fast and we need an eager and energetic individual to help support the team in all aspects of our work. This role is part Administrative Assistant, part Executive Assistant, part Jack/Jill of all trades. You will be integral in supporting the leadership team to stay on task and organized. We need someone who wants to help us grow and also to help make Readyworks great. To do that you’ll need to be highly responsive, open to feedback, work in-person at our Baltimore office when we do (there will be some opportunity for remote work), and have an optimistic and resilient outlook.
